1 cup of Fire Brand Original Steak Sauce
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Bourbon or Whiskey
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 Teaspoons of Salt
2 lbs of beef steaks
Whisk together Fire Brand Original Steak Sauce, olive oil, whiskey, salt, and pepper. Place meat in a zipper storage bag and pour marinade over the meat. Squeeze out the air and seal the bag. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour turning after 30 minutes. Pre-heat the Freedom Grill to high heat and grill meat for about one minute on the first side to get a good sear. Turn over meat and turn down the heat. Grill for 5-10 minutes per side to desired doneness. Serve with additional Fire Brand Steak Sauce on the side.
